As early as you can for summer dates, which tend to go quickly. We hold a limited number of marquees in each size, and booking a year ahead is not unusual for events like weddings! A few weeks is often fine for smaller events that are out of season.

Quotes reserve the items for seven days. Your date is only confirmed once a 40% deposit has been paid, after which the booking is live.

Of course! Email us or get in touch using the contact form and we can adjust your quotation. Once bookings are confirmed you can add items, subject to availability.

We are based near Fakenham (NR21 7PP) and charge delivery by road distance from there. Up to 15 miles is free, 15 to 50 miles is £50, 50 to 100 miles is £150. For anything over 100 miles we will need to quote for individually, and very large orders may need extra haulage.

Our quotes assume good vehicle access to the site with no obstructions. If we have to carry equipment more than 25 metres from the vehicle there is an extra charge, so please let us know before delivery if this is the case. We will also ask you to sign a disclaimer to confirm that there are no underground or overhead services where the marquee goes.

We normally install the day before your event, and take down the day after. Install times vary from marquee to marquee.

Grass is ideal; however hardstanding is possible with weights or drilled anchors at extra cost. Sand would need to be discussed on a case by case basis.

Our quotes assume firm, level ground. A gentle slope can be workable, but anything steeper may need hard under-flooring to level it which could potentially be added to your quote. Tell us about the site before hand and we can advise.

This depends on the event. Often for smaller marquees we wouldn’t need to, but for larger marquees or events we prefer a site visit prior to confirming booking.

Canvas marquees like ours are built for the UK weather, and rain is not typically a problem. In severe winds we may have to delay installation or in extreme cases, clear a marquee for safety, and we cannot accept liability for costs that arise from that. We recommend taking out event insurance to cover this.

They can be! We are also able to source generators, toilets and caterers through our extensive range of contacts.

A 40% deposit secures your booking, and a further 30% is due 12 weeks before your event with the final 30% six weeks before. There is a discount available for paying in full at booking.

The 40% deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid more than the deposit, we refund part of the balance on a sliding scale:

More than 24 weeks before the event, you get 60% of the total back.

12 to 24 weeks, you get 40% back.

6 to 12 weeks, you get 20% back.

Under 6 weeks, we are unable to provide a refund.

Cancellations must be made by email, and are only confirmed once you have received acknowledgement.

Our marquees come with canvas, poles, walls and pegging. Anything else is an additional extra that can be arranged.

We do not, unless otherwise agreed we deliver and install, then come back to take down and take away.

We are able to fit internal hanging points for an additional hire cost, that are rated to either 5kg or 7.5kg. Please do not fix anything to the canvas itself, and all decorations must be removed before we collect. Please note that you are responsible for any damage incurred during your hire.
